Consultation on Proposed Policy and Public Hearing on Regulation Changes Regarding Employer Incident Investigations

The Board of Directors has approved consultation on two new policies, and public hearings on two consequential amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation regarding Employer Incident Investigations.


WHMIS 2015

The changes to WHMIS result in new standardized hazard classification criteria, a few new label requirements, and material safety data sheets (MSDS) will be replaced by safety data sheets (SDS).
