The Employee Health in Community Social Services initiative is a collaborative study involving the Community Social Services Employers' Association (CSSEA), the Union Bargaining Association (UBA), Health Benefit Trust (HBT) and WorkSafeBC. Two assessment tools were created for the study relating to workplace health and safety: the employee health survey, and the workplace health systems review. The tools, how they were developed and how to use them in your organization can be found in the final report.
