The following links list tools, publications, and other resources to help prevent the most common injuries and illnesses in the petroleum (oil & gas) industry. These resources may not meet all the requirements for health and safety in British Columbia. Please check the Workers Compensation Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, and related materials for specific WorkSafeBC requirements.

Resource Road Safety Practices (RRSP)

This document (also known as "The Matrix") provides detailed information and guidance for developing, implementing, and maintaining the systems of resource road safety management. It covers the four key components in the process: drivers, trucks, loads, and roads. It focuses on the key obligations of stakeholders and provides recommendations as to how they should work together to keep roads safe and maintained.
