Bullying and harassment prevention tool kit

There's growing evidence that workplace bullying and harassment has serious outcomes for employers and workers. We've developed these tool kit resources to help employers and workers understand their legal duties, and prevent and address bullying and harassment (per the occupational health and safety policies). If you have feedback about the resources, complete a feedback form or email . You're welcome to print any of the resources on this page. You can also purchase poster 1, poster 2, and the handbook from the WorkSafeBC store.

If you see or experience bullying and harassment in the workplace, follow your workplace policies. For safety questions about workplace bullying and harassment, contact the Prevention Information Line: 604.276.3100 (Lower Mainland) or 1.888.621.7233 (toll-free within B.C. and Alberta). Please do not report incidents or make complaints through the feedback link on this web page.
