Download the WorkSafe Sam "Stretch Prompter," a desktop tool that provides stretching tips to help reduce eye and muscle strain for office workers.

Windows XP or Winzip is required to install WorkSafe Sam.

Download Instructions

  1. Click on Download.
  2. Click Save, and then save the file to your Windows desktop or in another location of your choice.
  3. Click Open once the download is complete.
  4. Click Extract all files.
  5. Follow the steps in the Extraction Wizard.
  6. Click on setup once the extraction is finished.
  7. Follow the Installshield steps to complete the installation.
  8. When finished, this icon should appear on your taskbar.

Right click on the icon in the taskbar to view options and settings.
