This notice offers employers assistance in meeting two requirements of Part 3 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation: the authority of the first aid attendant over the treatment of injured workers, and the responsibility of the employer to report injuries. This notice is to be posted by the employer in a conspicuous place.
