Hospitality and tourism staff may have to deal with people under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Workers need to know how to handle these kinds of situations before they happen. Incidents don't always occur at the worksite. For example, hospitality and tourism workers may face risks walking to or from a bus stop after work, especially at late hours.
