New Operating Hours for WorkSafeBC Teleclaim
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Effective January 16, 2012, the WorkSafeBC Teleclaim Contact Centre is extending its hours in response to B.C. workers' and employers' need for longer hours of service. Workers call 1 888 WORKERS (1 888 967-5377) to speak with a client services representative who completes their injury report, explains the claims process, and helps them obtain other services if needed.
