WorkSafeBC's governing body, the Board of Directors, has approved the release of a discussion paper for stakeholder consultation.

At issue is a review of the enhancement and devaluation policies to determine whether revisions are required to clarify when permanent disability awards should be adjusted for enhancement or devaluation.

The consultation period for this item will end on May 14, 2010. The Board of Directors will consider stakeholder feedback before making a decision on the amendments.
