Update: Consultation Period Extended

Consultation on Occupational Health and Safety ("OHS") Injunctions Discussion Paper and Proposed New Policy

Dear Stakeholder:

The Board of Directors, at their May 2011 meeting, approved the release for consultation of a discussion paper and proposed new policy on OHS Injunctions.

WorkSafeBC is requesting feedback on the discussion paper, options, draft policy and any additional comments that may be relevant to the issue.

The consultation period has now been extended and your feedback will be accepted until 4:30 p.m., Friday, September 16, 2011.
