Please indicate your preferred option: [Required]
1 - Status quo - The volunteer firefighter policy would remain unchanged. As a result, decision makers would continue to rely on practice documents and other WCB policy to adjudicate these claims.
2 - Amend policy on a broad basis - Policy would be amended to reflect current practice as it pertains to the four issues identified including providing coverage for public relations activities which are directed, which occur during the volunteer firefighter's shift and are a part of his or her regular duties.
3 - Amend policy on a limited basis - Policy would be amended as set out in Option 2 except coverage will not be provided for any public relations activities.
