1 - Status quo - The Reopenings Over Three Years policy would not be amended.
2 – Option 2: Revise the policy to include a general principle of basing a worker’s compensation on the higher of the worker’s original earnings or current earnings, together with a non-exhaustive list of exceptions to the general principle.
3 – Option 3: Expand policy to address an increased number of circumstances that may arise upon reopening a claim after three years.
