In an area of snags, leaners and spike-top cedars, the Faller fell a 36 inch cedar as a
pusher to knock down a "jackpot." The pusher tree was heavily limbed and it
appears it was limb-tied to a cedar 20 feet behind. The Faller failed to assess these
hazards and when the pusher tree was felled, a limb pulled a heavy sucker free
which struck the Faller, who had moved 10 feet from the stump.
