The worker was last seen walking around a beehive burner. He apparently opened a small door at the back of the burner to look inside, when he was engulfed by an avalanche of shavings. His body was not discovered until approximately 24 hours later.


	EMPLOYERS: Provide written safe work procedures where workers must work in or around confined spaces. Ensure that workers receive adequate instructions on how to safely perfom their duties. WORKERS: You must follow all safe work procedures and use personal protective equipment when necessary.
